Xplore expands its workflow with a PPR and a CatPrep

We are excited to announce a significant expansion of our high-throughput experimentation (HTE) capabilities: we have successfully added and integrated in our workflow an additional Parallel Pressure Reactor (PPR) and a CM3-based CatPrep system (CatPrep, shown below). Both platforms are already operational in our new private site in Aversa (Italy).

The incorporation of an additional PPR significantly elevates our research capacity while simultaneously boosting our operational efficiency. This crucial expansion ensures our ability to maintain stable polymerization activities, even in high-demand scenarios, thanks to a reliable backup system. Moreover, the availability of another PPR unit opens the door to exploring a broader spectrum of chemical processes, extending our reach beyond traditional polyolefin materials.

The new CatPrep system brings our workflow to an higher level, allowing the fully automated and high-throughput execution of a variety of organometallic reactions. This system is a game-changer, enhancing our workflow by bridging the gap between catalyst testing and preparation. With this integration, Xplore can now offer comprehensive solutions that cover the entire spectrum of catalyst synthesis, metalation, supportation, and testing, thereby delivering an all-encompassing service to our clients.

As these additions prove, Xplore remains committed to pushing the boundaries in the application of HTE tools to polymer research and catalyst technology. Join us on this exhilarating journey as we continue to explore, innovate, and lead in high-throughput experimentation!
